Garantieerklärung
Sehr geehrter Kunde,
GP Battery Marketing GMBH gewährt Ihnen hiermit eine Garantie für das Produkt GP ReCyko
Akkus für den Zeitraum von 6 Jahren ODER Ladezyklen, die auf der Verpackung angegeben
sind, je nachdem, was zuerst eintritt. Die Garantiezeit beginnt ab dem Kaufdatum. Die
Garantieerklärung gilt nur in den Niederlanden, Belgien, Luxemburg, Deutschland, Österreich
und der Schweiz. Wenn innerhalb des angegebenen Zeitraums ein Problem mit dem Produkt
auftritt, können Sie das Produkt an die Verkaufsstelle zurücksenden. Das Produkt wird dann
überprüft und bei Fehlern ausgetauscht.
Wenn Sie das Produkt versenden, verpacken Sie es bitte so, dass es beim Transport nicht
beschädigt wird und senden Sie es zusammen mit einer Kopie der Rechnung.
Um einen möglichst schnellen Service zu gewährleisten möchten wir Sie bitten, uns eine
detaillierte Beschreibung der Schadensursache zu senden.
Bitte beachten Sie: Ihre gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte, auf die Sie für einen Zeitraum von
zwei Jahren ab Lieferung des gekauften Artikels Anspruch haben, sind nicht durch die oben
genannte Garantie beschränkt. Die gesetzlichen Sachmängelrechte sind in § 437 BGB geregelt.

Warranty Declaration
Dear customer,
GP Battery Marketing GMBH herewith grants you a guarantee for the product GP ReCyko
Rechargeable Batteries for the period of 6 years OR charging cycles mentioned on the
packaging, whichever comes first. The guarantee period begins from the date of purchase. The
guarantee declaration applies only in the territory of the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg,
Germany, Austria and Switzerland. If there is a problem with the product within the specified
period, you can return the product to the point of purchase. The product will be then be checked
and replaced if faulty.
If you send the product, please pack it in such a way that it is not damaged during transport and
send it together with a copy of the invoice.
To ensure the fastest possible service, we would like to ask you to send us a detailed description
of the cause of the damage.
Please note: Your statutory warranty rights, which you are entitled to for a period of two years
from the delivery of the purchased item, are not limited by the above guarantee. The statutory
material defects rights are regulated in § 437 BGB.
