OVEN PLACEMENT
When deciding where to place the
Dome ensure the area is large enough to
accommodate the oven with 2” (50mm)
around the base of the dock for air intake
and at least 1ft 2” (350mm) clearance
above the oven. It is important nothing
is blocking the meshed panels as this
will affect the performance of the Dome.
Wind should be taken into consideration
when choosing a location. Ideally the
wind should be coming from behind the
oven. If the wind is hitting the front of the
oven the flame can be blown out. Never
operate the oven in high winds.
