Preparation:
1. Insert the waffl e plates in the device as described in the chapter “Inserting and changing the
plates” and let the device preheat as described in the chapter “Use”, section “Waffl e plates”.
2. Combine the fl our, porridge oats, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl.
3. Then add oil, lemon juice and the egg. Stir everything and add milk until the batter is thick.
4. Finish by adding the blueberries to the batter and then stir the batter thoroughly.
5. Add the waffl e batter to the bottom waffl e plates, close the device and bake the waffl es for
approx. 5–6 minutes.
6. Use wooden or plastic kitchen utensils to remove the waffl es to prevent damage to the
non-stick coating.
Grilled tuna sandwich
Ingredients:
1 tin well-drained tuna
2 pita pockets
2 grated carrots
2 slices of Gouda
Mayonnaise to taste
Onion powder spice to taste
Sweet relish to taste (spice paste based on pickles)
Preparation:
1. Insert the grill plates in the device as described in the chapter “Inserting and changing the
plates” and let the device preheat as described in the chapter “Use”, section “Grill plates”.
2. Mix the tuna, carrots, mayonnaise, onion powder spice and sweet relish into a salad.
3. Fill the pita pockets with the tuna salad and add a slide of Gouda to the pita pockets.
4. Place the sandwiches on the grill plates, close the device and lock it with the latch. Grill your
sandwich for about 5 minutes.
5. Use wooden or plastic kitchen utensils to remove the grilled sandwiches to prevent damage
to the non-stick coating.
