Grilling With the Grill Basket (Rotisserie)

1. Pick up the rotating spit and the grill basket.

2. Slide the rotating spit through the grill basket and ﬁ x it in place on both sides with the

ring bolts.

3. Open the grill basket by pulling up the clip and place the food inside it.

4. Place the grill basket in the oven: In the middle of the right-hand inner wall of the oven

you will ﬁ nd an opening. Insert the tip of the spit into this opening. Then place the free

end of the spit into the bracket on the left-hand inner wall of the oven.

5. With the Rotisserie programme you can use the

˄ ˅ buttons for setting the time

(Timer) to adjust the time as required.

6. After completing the process, carefully remove the grill basket ﬁ rst from the holder

and then from the opening.

Caution! Danger of burns from hot spit and basket! Once you have

removed the hot spit and grill basket from the oven, never touch them with

your bare hands. Wear oven gloves!

7. Place the grill basket down on a plate, open it carefully and remove the food.

Baking With the Pizza Stone (Pizza)

1. Place the food on the pizza stone and then place this in the oven on the baking

tray / rack.

2. With the Pizza programme you can use the

˄ ˅ buttons for setting the time (Timer)

to adjust the time as required.

3. After completing the process, carefully remove the pizza stone from the oven.

Caution! Danger of burns from hot pizza stone! Once you have re-

moved the hot pizza stone from the oven, never touch it with your bare hands.

Wear oven gloves!

Cleaning and Storage

CAUTION!

■ Danger of burns from hot device parts! Allow the device to cool down before

cleaning it.

■ Danger to life from electric shock! Remove the mains plug from the plug socket

before doing any cleaning. Never immerse the device, the mains cable or plug in

water. Never put the device in the dishwasher.

■ Do not spray cleaning agents directly onto the device. Do not use any glass cleaners.

■ Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents or cleaning pads for cleaning.

These can damage the surface. Do not use any metal objects.

• After each use, remove all food residues from the accessories that have been used

Rinse them with a mild detergent and warm water. You can also clean the grill basket

and the rotating spit in the dishwasher (not hotter than 70°C).

• If necessary, clean the oven on the outside and inside (including the covers for the

heating elements) with a damp cloth and then wipe down the surfaces so that they
