Grilling
• With the Grillen (grill) programme you can use the ˄ ˅ buttons for setting the tem-
perature (Temp) or time (Timer) to set six levels as required.

3 approx. 03:45 approx. 230°C

The specifi cations relate to a cold oven!
Baking
• With the Backen (bake) programme you can use the ˄ ˅ buttons for setting the
temperature (Temp) and time (Timer) to adjust the time and temperature as required.
Roasting and Defrosting
• With the Braten (roast) and Auftauen (defrost) programmes you can use the ˄ ˅
buttons for setting the time (Timer) to adjust the time as required.
Grilling With the Rotating Spit (Rotisserie)
1. Pick up the rotating spit. The rotating spit includes two holders which can fi x larger
items of food, e.g. chickens, in place. The holders are attached to the spit using
the associated ring bolts. First slide one holder onto the spit (the ring bolt must be
loosened to do this), then the food and fi nally the second holder.
2. Slide the holders and the food into the middle of the spit and press the tips of the
holders into the food.
3. Fix the holders in place by tightening the ring bolts.
4. Now place the rotating spit in the oven: In the middle of the right-hand inner wall of the
oven you will fi nd an opening. Insert the tip of the spit into this opening. Then place
the free end of the spit into the bracket on the left-hand inner wall of the oven.
5. With the Rotisserie programme you can use the
˄ ˅ buttons for setting the time
(Timer) to adjust the time as required.
6. After completing the process, carefully remove the spit fi rst from the holder and then
from the opening.
Caution! Danger of burns from hot spit! Once you have removed the
hot spit from the oven, never touch it with your bare hands. Wear oven gloves!
7. Place the food on a plate, loosen the ring bolts on the spit and pull it out.
