Presettings
Programme Presettings
Grillen (grill) Level 4 (see section “Grilling”)
Backen (bake) 30 minutes, 200°C, recirculating air
Braten (roast) 15 minutes, 230°C (fi xed setting)
Rotisserie 50 minutes, 210°C (fi xed setting), recirculating air
Auftauen (defrost) 30 minutes, 80°C (fi xed setting), recirculating air
Pizza 20 minutes, 210°C (fi xed setting), recirculating air
General Operation
1. Open the glass door.
2. Select the accessory you want and place or slide it onto the bottom, middle or top rail.
If you want to use the rack, the rotating spit or the grill basket, insert the baking
tray into the bottom rail as a tray to collect crumbs and fat.
3. Place the food onto or into the chosen accessory.
4. Close the glass door.
5. Select the programme you want (see the “Presettings” section).
6. Switch the Umluft (recirculating air) function on or off as required. (Note: Not
possible with the Grillen (grill) programme.)
7. Press the Start switch to switch on the device.
8. When the set time has elapsed, a buzzer is heard and the device automatically stops
any further supply of heat.
9. If you want to interrupt the process, press the Stopp (stop) button once. The device
stops the time and interrupts the supply of heat. PAUSE appears on the display. If you
want to resume the process, press the Start button. The device carries on counting
the time and starts supplying heat again. (Note: Not possible with the Grillen (grill)
programme.)
10. If you want to stop the process prematurely, press the Stopp (stop) button twice. The
device ends the programme and stops the supply of heat.
11. Open the glass door and carefully remove the baking tray or rack. Always use
potholders or oven gloves to do this. Place the baking tray / rack on a heat-resistant
surface. A baking tray gripper is supplied with the device and makes it easier for you
to remove the baking tray or the rack.
12. Let the oven cool down. Then clean it and the accessories you have used (see the
"Cleaning and Storage" chapter). Do not allow any food residues to dry on the device.
