Initial Start-Up – Setup

Querying the IP Address at the

test system

and Activating the Web Server

Activate the web server by tapping the globe.

Logging the test system on at the PC

Ð Prerequisite: Deactivate the proxy server at your web browser

(no check mark):

Tools > Internet Options > Connections > Settings ... > Proxy ...

Ð Enter the IP address displayed at the test system to your web

browser, for example:

http://169.254.191.141, and acknowledge with the ENTER

key.

The test system is displayed at the PC monitor screen with the

current menu image. You can now control the test system from

the PC. Just click the test system keys and symbols which

appear at the user interface to this end.

You can also display the current menu image only by entering, for

example, http://169.254.9.50/cgi-bin/ sshot to the web browser.

The browser must be continuously refreshed in order to retain the

current menu image at the monitor screen.

The test system cannot be controlled here.
