Operating System and Firmware
The software used in the test system test system is a variant of the
GNU system which is based upon the Linux kernel. The corre-
sponding source code was developed by third parties and is sub-
ject to the GNU license (GPL: general public license), the LGPL
(lesser general public license) or other open source license stipu-
lations.
General information regarding GNU/Linux systems is available at
www.gnu.org.
A CD ROM with the source code can be requested form our
service department.
