Automatic Test – Administration
Editing a Customer Entry
Persons, companies and departments can be selected for editing
from a catalog of previously entered customers by selecting the
respective line. If the name of the company is changed, all of the
company’s departments are changed accordingly automatically.
Deleting a Customer Entry
In order to delete existing personal, company and department
entries, they must first be marked in the catalog by activating the
respective checkbox.
Short-form Operating Instructions
Entering a Customer
Ð Enter a new customer:
Ð Select a customer type (company, department or person)
and acknowledge with OK
Basic Attributes Index Card
Various entry parameters appear depending upon the selected
type of customer.
Company
Ð Designation This entry appears in the catalog
of customers as “Co. Entry”
Ð ID no. Entry of numbers and/or letters
All other parameters listed in this index card are optional entries.
Department
Ð Select the company to which the department belongs and
acknowledge with OK.
Ð Designation This entry appears in the catalog
of customers as “Dept. Entry, Company”
Ð ID no. Entry of numbers and/or letters
All other parameters listed in this index card are optional entries.
Person
Ð Name This entry appears in the catalog
of customers as “Pers. Entry”
Ð ID no. Entry of numbers and/or letters
All other parameters listed in this index card are optional entries.
Note
Entry of a new customer can be exited at any time by press-
ing the ESC key (when not in the keyboard entry mode) or
(in the keyboard entry mode). Entries are ignored.
Ð Add the new customer to the catalog by tapping Save .
