Creating New Test Sequences „in the copy“
After marking a test sequence and activating the “New” button
, the sub-points “New as Copy” and “New” appear. You can
use an existing test sequence as a template with the help of the
“New as Copy” function, edit it and save it as a new test se-
quence.
Editing a Test Sequence
Test sequences and their respective test steps can be selected for
editing from a catalog of previously entered test sequences by se-
lecting the respective line. If the parameters of a test step are
changed, all test sequences of the same type are effected as well.
All objects which have already been assigned to a device under
test are thus affected by the modification. However, the corre-
sponding test step specification remains unchanged (see also “Ed-
iting a Test Step Specification” in section 7.4.2).
Deleting a Test Sequence
In order to delete existing test sequences, they must first be marked in
the catalog by activating the respective checkbox.
