Initial Start-Up – Setup
4.10.1 User Administration
Various user names (test person name, ID and password) can be
changed, deleted and entered here. An alphanumeric keyboard is
automatically displayed when any of the entry fields is tapped.
Users, i.e. test persons, can only be administered after logging in
as the administrator (admin status), i.e. with the user name “Ad-
min”. The only exception is changing one’s own password which
is also possible as a non-administrator after logging in as a user
(user status).
Entering a New User (admin status)
At least the name must be entered to this end. An ID can also be
entered if required. If the user name is to be password protected,
a password must also be entered.
In order to acknowledge a new password, it must be entered a
second time and acknowledged by tapping OK.
The new user is not added to the test system until his data has
been saved.
Changing User Data (admin status)
Names, IDs and passwords can be changed with this function.
The new password must be typed in in order to change an
existing password, for example because the user has forgotten it .
In order to acknowledge the new password, it must be entered a
second time and acknowledged by tapping OK.
Attention!
!
If you change the administrator password, be sure to make
a note of the new password! Administrator access is not
possible without the currently valid password.
If the administrator password needs to be reset, the test
system must be sent to our service department (see
address on page 3).
Changed user data is not updated to the test system until it has
been saved.
