Battery saver circuit Automatic shutdown of display illumination

The test instrument is automatically
switched to the standby mode if the mea-
sured value remains unchanged for
approximately 15 minutes, and if none of
the controls are activated during this time.
The instrument is switched off automatically
if the measured value remains unchanged
for a long period of time and if none of the
keys or the rotary switch have been acti-
vated during on-time (specified in sec-
onds).
