• Child lock
- To activate the child lock, simultaneously press the spinning
speed setting
button (C) and short program (or cold
wash
) button (D) and hold them for at least three seconds.
If the child lock is successfully activated, a sound is emitted
and a signal LED lights up. Follow the same procedure to
deactivate the lock.
- As long as the Child lock function is engaged you may not alter
the program or additional functions. You may merely switch off
the machine by turning the program selector (A) to the position
“0”. Child lock remains active even after the appliance is
switched off, and you have to disengage it if you want to select
a new washing program.
• Setting the sound signal
The appliance enables setting a louder sound signal, as well
as turning the sound signal off. Set the function before the
basic program is selected. Set the function by simultaneously
pressing the button (D) and rotating the program selector knob
(A) from position “0” to the fi rst position for washing program
(clockwise). (“S1”) is indicated on the display, denoting preset
normal sound signal loudness. By pressing the button (D), the
loudness in increased (“S2”); press the button again to turn
the sound signal off (“S0”). The selected setting is stored and
remains in memory even if washing machine is turned off.
