Turn the COOKING SYSTEM SELECTOR
KNOB to defrosting. The icon and the
program A1 will flash on the display unit
(choose between five programs – see table
below).

Rotate the SETTINGS KNOB (-/+) and
choose the desired program. Press the
(°C/W) key to change the weight. Press the
START key.

DEFROSTING
The system also includes automatic programs for defrosting the food with microwaves.
Food suitable for defrosting includes cakes with heavy cream or butter-based cream,
cakes and pastry, bread and rolls, and deep-frozen fruit.
Defrosting time is calculated based on the default weight of the food.
In most cases, it is recommended to remove the food from the packaging (do not forget
to remove any metal clamps or clips).
Halfway through the defrost time, the pieces should be turned over, stirred and separated
if they were frozen together.
