Operating mode manual settings
All heating parameters in this mode are set manually
Temperature values for the selected heating mode are already
preselected, you can only ad just them prior commencement of
baking/roasting.
• Oven operation mode is selected by touching the relevant
mode sensor
or selection arrows .
Top/bottom heater
Heaters from the upper and the lower side uniformly heat the
exposed food. Baking and roasting is possible only at single
level. Preset temperature (°C) - 200, maximum available setting
(°C) - 275.
Fan with hot air
The fan at the rear panel forces the air to circulate continuously
around the roast or pastry. It is suitable for roasting and baking at
more than one level. Preset temperature (°C) - 160, maximum
available setting (°C) - 275..
Fan with bottom heater
Both the bottom heater and hot air fan are in operation. This
mode is most appropriate for baking pizza. It may also be used
for baking moist or heavy cake, fruit cake from leavened or fl aky
dough, and cheese souffl és.
Preset temperature (°C) - 200°C, maximum available setting
- 275.
Grill with fan
Infrared heater and fan operate simultaneously. This mode is
appropriate for roasting and grill of larger chunks of meat or
poultry at one level. Place meat on the grid and insert drip pan
one level below. It may also be used to obtain crisp skin on your
roast. Preset temperature (°C) - 170, maximum available setting
(°C) - 275.
Grill
Heat comes directly from the infrared heater, located at the oven
ceiling. It is especially suitable for preparing steaks, sausages, T-
bones, pork chops, etc. Preset temperature (°C) - 250, maximum
available setting (°C) - 275.
