The oven can be cleaned conventionally (using cleaners, oven
sprays ...), but this is recommended only for stubborn dirt. Be
sure to wash off thoroughly any cleaner remains.
However, for cleaning on everyday basis (after each use) we
recommend the wet cleaning procedure Aqua Clean.
Select the sensor
. from the Master menu. Selected
temperature is 50oC. Pour around 0.5 lit of water into the deep
roasting pan and insert it into the bottom guide. After about 30
minutes the tough food residues become soft and may be simply
removed with a sponge.
Otherwise respect the following cleaning tips for stubborn
stains:
Cool the oven completely before cleaning.
The oven and the accessories must be cleaned after each
use; otherwise stains might get burned in.
Oven walls, sprayed with oil from roasting, are best cleaned
with warm water and detergent when the oven is still tepid.
Hard and heavily stained oven should be cleaned with special
oven cleaning agents. Rinse the cleaner thoroughly and
remove any detergent remaining before the next use.
Never clean the appliance with pressurized hot steam cleaner!
Before cleaning switch the cooker off and let it cool down completely.
Front side of the casing
Clean the surfaces with liquid non-abrasive cleaning agents for smooth surfaces, using soft
sponge. Apply some cleaner on the sponge and wipe the dirt, then rinse with water. Do not apply
cleaners directly on the surfaces. Avoid using rough and abrasive cleaners, sharp objects or rough
sponges, as they may leave scratches.
Aluminum surfaces
Clean these surfaces with non-abrasive liquid cleansers produced for these surfaces, using soft
sponge cloth (Vileda). Apply some cleaner on the wet sponge cloth and clean the surface. Then
rinse it with water. Do not apply cleaning agents directly to the aluminum surface. Never use
aggressive cleaners or solvents. You may also use speci c cleansers for such surfaces and always
follow manufacturer’s instructions.
WARNING: The surface must never come into contact with oven cleaning sprays, otherwise the
aluminum surface may be visibly and permanently damaged.
