Note: the INFO-recipes menu contains data regarding oiling the pans. When baking bread, oil
and dust the pan only where the bread loaf is to be placed. Use only highly temperature resistant
baking paper - check the wrapping label. Read instructions and tips for baking pastry. Remember:
one bag of vanilla sugar in the INFO-recipes menu means 10 g, and a bag of baking powder
means 13 g.

When baking broccoli, rst boil potatoes and broccoli halfway in salted boiling water. When
preparing mousaka with eggplants, rst fry quickly the our covered eggplant slices in oil and
stew minced meat with onions on some fat. Our suggestion is to add dry salted vegetable
mixture (“Vegeta”). When preparing stuffed tomatoes, boil the potatoes, mash them, fry on some
margarine, mix with egg yolks and stuff tomatoes with the mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan
cheese.
Note: use reproof glass pan, and do not pour cold liquid into it during the roasting process.
Attention: in automatic cooking mode the oven beeps when preheating is completed (for all
dishes which require preheating). Insert the food and con rm continuation of roasting.
You can store your own favorite recipes into memory, and recall
them whenever you wish to use them. You can save up to 12
different recipes in memory.
Selection and setting procedure is the same as with the factory
recipes.
