Google Nest Wi Pro(s)
This booklet provides important safety, regulatory, and warranty information that you should
read before using your Nest Wi Pro(s). You can nd an online version of this document at

Basic safety
WARNING: HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION , READ BEFORE USE.
To avoid damaging your device, accessories, or any connected devices and to reduce the risk of
personal injury, discomfort, property damage, or other potential hazards, follow the precautions
below and those found in the Nest Wi Pro Safety Information at g.co/nestwi/safety
• Handle your Nest Wi Pro(s) with care. You may damage the device if you disassemble, drop,
bend, burn, crush, or puncture your device. Do not use a Nest Wi Pro with a damaged enclosure.
Be sure the power adapter and device are well ventilated when in use. Using a damaged device,
damaged cables or power adapter when moisture or debris is present, may cause overheating,
re, electric shock, injury, or damage to your device or other property. Do not expose your device
to liquids, which can cause a short circuit and overheating. If the device gets wet, do not attempt
to dry it using an external heat source. Your Nest Wi Pro is designed to operate in a dry, indoor
environment and not built for outdoor use. Your device works best in ambient temperatures
between 0°C to 35°C (32°F to 95°F) and should be stored between ambient temperatures of
-4° and 140° F (-20° and 60° C). Do not expose the device to temperatures above 140° F (60° C)
as this may damage the device, or pose a risk of re.
• This Nest Wi Pro(s) must be used with a certied AC adapter with Limited Power Source (LPS)
output per IEC 60950-1 and/or PS2 classied output per IEC 62368-1, rated: 10 Volts DC, maximum
2.25 Amp. Only power Nest Wi Pro(s) with the included power adapter. Failure to use the included
adapter can cause re, electric shock, injury, or damage to the device and the accessories.
• Strangulation hazard. This device is not a toy. Children have strangled on cords. Keep the device
cord out of the reach of children (more than 3 feet (0.9 meters) away).
Disposal & Recycling
Dispose of and transport your device, batteries and accessories according to local
environmental and transportation regulations. Do not dispose of them in normal household

Proper Handling and Usage
CARE AND CLEANING. Unplug the product and power adapter before cleaning, during lightning
storms, or when unused for extended periods of time. Use a clean, soft, and dry cloth to clean
Nest Wi Pro(s) and its accessories.
Do not use any chemical detergent, powder, or other chemical agents (such as alcohol or benzene)
to clean the product or accessories.
WATER RESISTANCE. This device is not waterproof. Liquid damage voids the warranty. Don’t
expose your Nest Wi Pro(s) to liquids, which can cause a short circuit and overheating. The
power adapter and other accessories are not water resistant and should not be exposed to liquids.
Service & suppo
For online help and support, visit g.co/nest/help. If you send your Nest Wi Pro(s) for service, you
might receive a replacement in place of your original device. Where permitted by law, goods
presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being
repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods. If the goods are capable of retaining
user-generated data, then the repair or replacement may result in loss of the data.
