• If you are migrating from Microsoft
®
Exchange Server, we strongly recommend that the
user names in Google Apps match the existing user names in your mail server. This
method lets you create user lists with just one name or SMTP address per line, and is
consequently less error prone.
• Each instance of the utility has to reference a unique list of users in order to avoid
corrupting the status information for each user’s data.
• The Google Apps domain you specify in the email address must be the same Google
Apps domain you specify in
Step 1 when you configure your migration.
