continuously. No furnace
operation.
· Primary limit circuit is
open.
· Insufficient conditioned air over
the hea t exchanger. Bl ocked fi lters ,
restrictive ductwork, improper
circulator blower speed, or failed
circulator blower.
· Check circulator blower
speed and performance.
Correct s peed or repl a ce
blower if necessary. · Check
filters and ductwork for
blockage. Clean filters or
remove obstruction.
· Turn power OFF pri or
to repai r.
· Replace blower with
correct r epl acement
part.
· Integra ted control modul e
diagnostic LED is fl ashing
FOUR (4) flashes.
· 5 minute lockout. 1 hour
lockout after three faults in a
single CFH.
· Faulty primary limit switch. · Check primary limit. Replace
if necessary.
· Replace primary
switch with proper
replacement part.
· Check position of heat
exchanger shield.
· Loose or improperly connected
wiri ng.
· Tighten or correct wiring
connection.
· Induced draft blower and
circulator blower runs
continuously. No furnace
operation.
· Flame sensed with no call
for heat.
· Faulty integrated control module.. · Replace bad integrated
control module.
· Turn power OFF pri or
to repai r.
· Integra ted control modul e
diagnostic LED is fl ashing
FIVE (5) flashes.
· 5 minute lockout. Control
continues normal operation
when fault condition is
corrected.
· Furnace fails to operate. · Burner temperature switch
open.
· Exces sive fl ame. · Check and correct gas
supply pressure.
· Replace bad gas valve or gas
orifice size.
· Integra ted control modul e
diagnostic LED is fl ashing SIX
(6) flashes.
· 5 minute lockout. Control
continues normal operation
when fault condition is
corrected.
· Blocked flue, air inlet pipe, and/or
burner intake and mesh, or failed
induced draft blower.
· Check flue, air inlet piping,
and burner intake and mesh
for blockage, proper length,
elbows, and termination.
Correct a s nec es sary.
· Check induced draft blower
for proper per forma nce.
Replace, if necessary.
· See “Vent/Fl ue Pi pe”
section for piping
details.
· Replace induced draft
blower with proper
replacement part.
· Loose or improperly connected
wiri ng.
· Check burner temperature
swi tch. Repl ace i f necess ary.
· Replace burner
tempera ture swi tch
with correct
replacement part.
· Faulty burner temperature switch. · Check induced draft blower
for proper per forma nce.
Replace, if necessary.
· Tighten or correct wiring
connection.
· No furnace opera tion. · Ga s val ve circuit shorted. · Bad wiri ng · Inspect and replace wiring
as needed.
· Turn power OFF pri or
to repai r.
· Integra ted control modul e
diagnostic LED is flashing
SEVEN (7) flashes.
· 5 minute lockout. · Faulty integrated control module. · Replace bad integrated
control module.
