· Furnace fai ls to operate. · No 115 vol t power to
furnace, or no 24 volt power
to integrated control module.
· Manual disconnect switch OFF,
door switch open, or 24 volt wires
improperly connected or loose.
· Assure 115 and 24 volt
power to furnace integrated
control module.
· Turn power OFF pri or
to repai r.
· Integrated control module
has an internal fault.
· Bad integrated control module. · Check for possible shorts in
115 and 24 volt circuits.
Repair as necessary.
· Replace bad integrated
control module.
· Read precautions in
"Electrostati c
Discharge" section of
manual .
· Furnace fai ls to operate. · Furnace lockout due to an
excessive number of ignition
attempts. (3 total retries)¹
· Locate and correct gas
i nterrupti on.
· Replace bad gas valve or gas
orifice size.

· Cl ean fl a me s ensor
wi th s teel wool.
· No limits to number of
recycles.
· Loss of flame after establishment.
Cause may be interrupted gas
supply, lazy burner flames
(improper gas pressure or
restriction in flue or improper
induced draft blower
performance).
· Replace induced draft
blower pressure switch.
Inspect pressure switch
hose. Repair, if necessary.
Inspect fl ue, burner or
condensate for blockage,
proper length, elbows, and
termination.
· Improperly connected igniter. · Check and correct wiring.
· Bad i gniter. · Compare i gni ter resis tance
to spec. Replace if necessary.
· Repl a ce i gni ter wi th
proper replacement
part.
· Poor unit or burner ground. · Check and correct unit
ground wiring.
· Faulty integrated control module. · Replace bad integrated
control module.
· Read precautions in
“El ectrosta ti c
Discharge” section of
manual .
· Furnace Fails to operate · Pressure sensor indicates
pressure reading when it
should be zero.
· Faulty wiring to the pressure
sensor.
· Check a nd correct pressure
sensor wiring.
· Turn power OFF prior
to repai r.
· Faulty pressure sensor. · Replace pressure sensor.
· Integra ted control modul e
diagnostic LED is flashing
TWO (2) flashes.
5 minute lockout. Unlimited
retries. Fault is displayed
until fault condition is
corrected or CFH is removed.
· Replace pressure
sensor with proper
replacement part.
· Induced draft blower runs
continuously with no further
furnac e opera ti on.
· Inducer not making
press ure setting.
· Pressure sensor hoses blocked,
pinched or connected improperly.
Bad wire connection.
· Replace induced draft
blower pressure sensor and
hoses. Repair, if necessary.
Check a nd correct wi ring.
· Turn power OFF pri or
to repai r.
· Replace with proper
replacement parts.
· Integra ted control modul e
