6 Operating
6.1 Using the Power Supply for Notebooks
You can operate and charge a Notebook and its battery by using this function.
1. Select the required output voltage of the power supply, needed by your Notebook. You
nd it on your device, in its Users Manual or on the original power supply. The
arrowhead shows the selected output voltage. (Fig. 1)
possible adjustments:
12/14/15/16 V bei 8.5 A (max. 136 Watts)
18 V bei 7.7 A (max. 138.6 Watts)
18.5/19 V bei 7.25 A (max. 137.75 Watts)
19.5/20 V bei 7 A (max. 140 Watts)
22 V bei 6.5 A (max. 143 Watts)
24 V bei 6 A (max. 144 Watts)
USB 5 V bei 0.5 A (max. 2.5 Watts)
2. Connect the tting DC adaptor plug to the DC socket of the power supply. Mind
the right polarity and size of the DC plug. You will nd detailed Information in the
User‘s Manual of your device on the original power supply.
Positive polarity: This polarity is the most
common one.
