Gogoro B01 doesn’t
respond to APP
operation.
1. Gogoro B01 is
under
hibernation
mode or the
battery level is
too low.
2. The bluetooth
connection
between your
smartphone and
Gogoro B1 is
invalid.
3. System error.
1. Check if the LED on motor is ON or you
need to connect Gogoro B01 to the
charger until fully charged ideally, then
unplug it and replug.
2. Please restart the APP or your
smartphone, then try again.
3. Plug and unplug charger on Gogoro
B01 to reboot system.
Gogoro B01 is powered
on, but doesn’t provide
assistance.
1. The assistance
level on APP is
“0”
2. Battery level is
too low or
3. the motor
temperature is
too high.
4. System error.
1. Switch level to 1 or above on app.
2. Charge it.
3. Slow down and wait for several minutes
and the motor will cool down.
4. Plug and unplug charger on Gogoro
B01 to reboot system.
I can’t use smartphone
to turn on the Gogoro
B01.
1. Smartphone is
out of order.
2. System error.
1. Use a different smartphone, download
and install Gogoro Smartwheel APP,
log in with your account and pair with
your Gogoro B01, to unlock and turn on
it.
2. Plug and unplug charger on Gogoro
B01 to reboot system.
The assist mileage has
dropped significantly
than before.
Too much resistance
Check if the brake pads are touching the rims,
or the tire pressure is too low.
I can’t charge the
battery. The LED on the
charger is red, but the
battery level of Gogoro
B01 is still low.
1. Charger is not
properly
connected.
2. The battery is
damaged.

1. Step A.Check the connection of your
wall AC outlet, charger, and Gogoro
B01;
Step B. Clean the charging pins on
Gogoro B01 with dry cloth;
Step C. Disconnect the charger from
wall AC outlet, then clean the connector
of the charger with dry cloth.
2. Contact us via the Gogoro Smartwheel
APP or website if necessary.
3. Plug and unplug charger on Gogoro
B01 to reboot system.
