• Align the 3 holes in the bumper flange
with the 3 holes in the end cap flange.
• Attach end caps to bumper using three



” x 1

” hex bolts, three


⁄
” lock washers, three


⁄
” flat washers and three


⁄
” hex nuts.
• Tighten screws to 26 ft./lbs. Max. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN SCREWS.
NOTE: Step 5 and 6 only apply to P/N:27120T, Rear bumper with full end caps.
