12 Getting to know your hearing aid
Inserting the battery into your hearing aid – Zinc-Air battery models
1. Open the battery door
with your ngernail.
Remove the old battery
(if there is one).
2. Remove the packaging and
protective foil from the new
battery. Wait for two minutes
while the battery activates.
3. Insert the new battery, with
the plus (+) sign correctly
positioned, into the battery
compartment door.
Do not insert it directly into
the hearing aid.
4. Close the battery door.
