7 Fault Finding

COM Err
Fans turn with 20% PWM
Communication error between the PCB in the
unit and the remote control.
230 V eBUS line laid parallel in pipe or cable
channel.
Pull the mains plug and insert it again.
If this does not help to eliminate the error,
contact Glow-worm Customer Service.
LOCK Both fans inoperative Alarm input "X 14" opened. Check whether a separate switch is
connected to "X 14". Check why the switch is
open.If this does not help to eliminate the
error, contact Glow-worm Customer Service.
SAI Err* Temperature sensor outside air Temperature sensor defective (interrupted or
short-circuited).
Wiring interrupted.
