D I SP L AY OP E RATI ON Main Menu 1 1 Information Bar 1. The top area of the screen is the source information bar. It displays the current source together with temperature, compass, and time information as well as the Bluetooth connection status. Note: One needs to select a source to be able to see all the information mentioned above. 2 2 Main Menu 1. Infotainment Center is designed for simple maneuvering. The screen shown on the left is the MAIN MENU screen.
SYSTE M SE TUP & SE T TI NGS Settings Access the Settings by selecting the Setup icon in the Main Menu. There are three Settings that can be changed and these are System, Video, and Audio. In addition, there are Settings for Radio, Sirius XM, Bluetooth and DVD, and to access these, you must go to the setup icon while one of these sources is active. To exit the Settings menu at any time, press the Settings icon in the top left of the screen.
SYSTE M SE TUP & SE T TI NGS Settings (continued) Compass Display: Select Direction , Bearing or Direction + Bearing. Compass display can be turned off. Time Set: Select Auto or Manual. Auto selected will pick up information from the GPS signal and report the correct time depending on the Time Zone. Time can also be set manually. Favorite Mode: Favorite Mode: Select favorite mode that can be accessed from the FAV button on front of the monitor.
SE TUP Video Setup By touching the VIDEO button, the settings for the video part of the Infotainment Center can be changed. Brightness: Sets the brightness level (-10 to +10) Contrast: Sets the contrast level (-10 to +10) Tint: Sets the tint level (-10 to +10) Sharpness: Sets the sharpness level (0 to 8) Note: The Infotainment Center has a factory default for optimal LCD settings, however the level can be adjusted to set the display according to individual preference.
SE TUP Audio Setup By touching the AUDIO button, the settings for the audio part of the Infotainment Center can be changed. Treble Gain: Sets the treble level (-10 to +10). Mid Gain: Sets the mid level (-10 to +10). Bass Gain: Sets the bass level (-10 to +10). Equalizer: Here a selection can be made for the equalizer to fit a music style. The following options are available: • LIVE • ROCK • JAZZ • CLASSIC • FLAT ( normal level ) • POP Fader: Sets the fader level between rear and front (R10 – F10).
RA D I O OP E RATI ON Radio Operation 1 2 1 2 1 7 5 8 3 4 Radio can be selected from the Main Menu by pressing the RADIO icon on the LCD display. The Radio can be left at any time by pressing the Radio icon at the top left corner of the display. There are two different radio modes (Basic and Extended). To select between the two modes, from the Radio Menu go to the Main Menu, and from there select SETUP icon. In addition to SYSTEM, VIDEO, and AUDIO options, there will be RADIO option.
RA D I O OP E RATI ON 9 Tap to allow the selection between the FM and AM bands. There are 3 FM and 2 AM ranges available, all with 6 available presets. 9 10 11 12 13 10 TA means Traffic Announcement and will interrupt any audio source when a traffic announcement message is relayed from a radio station supporting this functionality. When the volume is set lower then 10, a TA message will automatically raise the volume to 10. 11 AF means Alternative Frequencies.
ME D I A C E NTE R Copy, Paste, Delete, Select, Select All, File View Media center can be selected from the Main Menu by tapping the Media Center icon on the LCD display. The Media Center can be left at any time by tapping the Media Center icon at the top left of the LCD display. Once the USB is connected, you will see USB_DISK root folder and all the folder and subfolders available (see top left image) in the Media Center.
ME D I A C E NTE R Playing Audio/Video Files Media Center supports the following file formats: MP3, MP2, WAV, WMA, FLAC, APE, HE-AAC, OGG, BSAC, MPEG4-ASP, MPEG4, AVC, MPEG1/2, VC-1, H.263, RV, Sorenson H.263(S/W), WMV7, WMV8(S/W), AVI, ASF, MP4, M2TS, RMFF, FLV, MKV, TS. 8 To play the audio, video or image file, tap on one of the files in the folder or subfolder on the right hand side of the Media Center. Once tapped, playback will go through all the files available in either folder or subfolder.
BLUE TOOTH OP E RATI ON Bluetooth Operation Bluetooth can be selected from the Main Menu by tapping the Bluetooth icon on the LCD display. The Bluetooth can be left at any time by tapping the Bluetooth icon at the top left of the Bluetooth screen. The Infotainment Center supports Bluetooth wireless connections. It can set up a wireless link with a Bluetooth mobile phone. The unit supports a hands-free profile and A2DP (Audio Advanced Distribution Profile).
BLUE TOOTH OP E RATI ON Pairing your Phone To pair your compatible mobile phone to the Infotainment Center please have your user manual for your mobile phone and follow the instructions below: 1. Go to the Bluetooth screen by selecting the Bluetooth icon from the Main Menu. 2. When Bluetooth is accessed for the first time, it will show NO CONNECTION on the screen (Above picture). 3. Tap to access the device list. If accessing for the first time, the screen will show NO PAIRED DEVICE. 4.
BLUE TOOTH OP E RATI ON Notes on Pairing (continued): 4. When the pairing procedure is completed successfully, the display will show PAIR OK. When PAIR FAIL appears on the display, repeat the pairing procedure. 5. Once the Bluetooth pairing is completed between your mobile phone and the Infotainment Center, both will be automatically recognized and the connection can be made automatically from that moment on. 6.
BLUE TOOTH OP E RATI ON Incoming Calls While the mobile phone is connected, incoming calls will be handled by the Infotainment System. When an incoming call is present, the LCD display will switch to Bluetooth mode and show the phone number (when available) from the person calling. Under the phone number, the buttons Accept and Reject are present (top left screen). Tap to accept the call. The Infotainment Center will accept the call and give the call audio over the normal car speakers.
BLUE TOOTH OP E RATI ON Phonebook Dialing Calls can be made by accessing your downloaded phonebook. 1. Tap to access your Phonebook (top left picture). 2. Tap the contact name on the right you wish to call (bottom left picture). 3. Tap the number you wish to call. 4. Tap the green phone icon. Note: Outgoing calls can also be made on the mobile phone itself. The Infotainment System will still take over the outgoing call and switch to hands-free mode.

Press and hold to rapid tune. 7 1 The Infotainment Center will store up to 18 preset stations of your choice. Press BAND to go to the next series of preset channels (3 Bands X 6 Presets). 1 3 5 6 These Preset buttons allow direct tuning to your favorite stored channels. 1. SI RI USXM SATE LLI TE RA D I O Parental Control Channel Locking and Channel Skipping The SiriusXM Parental Control feature allows you to control access to channels that you consider inappropriate for some listeners. When enabled, the Parental Control feature requires you to enter a lock code to tune to the locked channels. Information on setting up the lock code, setting up the channels to be locked, and the method to access the locked channels are described below.
SI RI USXM SATE LLI TE RA D I O 1 Channel Locking Channels can be locked to restrict access to certain channels. To lock a channel: 1. Tune to the channel you wish to lock. 2. Press and hold Lock to bring up keypad. 3. Enter your lock code and press 4. Tune to another channel. 2 5. Channel is now locked. To remove a user defined locked channel: 1. Tune to the locked channel. You will need to be in unlocked mode. 1 2. Press and hold LOCK button. 3. Enter the lock code. 4. Channel is now unlocked.
SI RI USXM SATE LLI TE RA D I O Artist & Song Alerts While listening to SiriusXM Satellite Radio, you can be alerted when your favorite songs or artists are playing on other channels. You can store up to 50 of your favorite Artists and 50 favorite songs. The Infotainment Center will display an Alert message when a matching artist or song is found on another channel or you can choose either My Artists or My Songs categories to have access to all channels that have current alerts playing.
SI RI USXM SATE LLI TE RA D I O Replay The Replay feature allows you to pause, rewind, and replay up to 60 minutes of live SiriusXM Satellite Radio. The status bar shows you the current buffer capacity. Once full, the oldest track will be removed allowing the newest live track to be added. If you have paused playback and the paused track is about to be erased, the XSG4 will notify you with an audible beep. Playback will resume from the next track in the buffer. 1 Press to enter Replay Mode.
SI RI USXM SATE LLI TE RA D I O SiriusXM Settings Menu There are many features that can be changed to customize your SiriusXM Radio experience. To enter the SiriusXM settings menu you must currently have SiriusXM selected. From there go to the Main Menu, and from there select SETUP icon. In addition to SYSTEM, VIDEO, and AUDIO options, there will be SXM option. Selecting this button will display page 1 of 2 for SiriusXM settings.
SI RI USXM SATE LLI TE RA D I O Understanding SiriusXM Advisory Messages Subscription Updated Check Antenna The radio has detected a change in your SiriusXM subscription status. Press FUNC to clear the message. The radio has detected a fault with the SiriusXM antenna. The antenna cable is either disconnected or damaged. Verify that the antenna cable is connected to the SiriusXM Connect Vehicle Tuner. Inspect the antenna cable for damage and kinks. Replace the antenna if the cable is damaged.
I P OD & I P H ONE AV I NTE RFAC E iPod and iPhone AV Interface The Infotainment Center can also be connected to your Apple iPod or iPhone. When the iPod is connected, press the iPod icon in the Main Menu. The iPod mode can be left any time by pressing the iPod icon at the top left of the screen. To access and use the iPod feature please connect your iPod/iPhone device first with the manufacturer cable provided with your device. Please note third party cables and extension may diminish use of this feature.
SP LI T SC RE E N Split Screen Your Infotainment Center is capable of Split Screen or PiP (Picture-in-Picture) technology. This option allows you to view your Navigation as well as the other Infotainment Center options on one split screen at the same time. Split Screen Setup To access split screen, go to Main Menu, and select the SETUP icon. On page 2/2 go to Favorite Mode. Under Favorite Mode make sure PIP option is selected. On the front bezel press the FAV button to activate split screen.

NAVI GATI ON Navigation Operation Accessing Your Navigation Program: The Infotainment Center is capable of providing navigation. Please see your Navigation Program User Manual for instructions on using the navigation software. Your Navigation Program comes preinstalled on the Infotainement Center. To access the navigation select the Navi icon from the Main Menu or tap the NAVI button on the front bezel. To exit navigation tap the NAVI button again.This will return you to your current Audio source.
H OUSE MOD E House Mode This option is only accessible when parking brake is engaged. When active, House Mode sends current source audio and/or video to other areas of the coach. Control can be done from LCD screen as normal or with remote controller (for more information on remote controller, please see page 36 of this manual). After 15 seconds of no input to the touch screen, the LCD displays will enter into sleep. Touch the screen to wake.

Please keep the front of the IR receiver cover clean. Always point the remote directly to the front of Infotainment Center for best performance.
