Troubleshooting
ISSUE CAUSE SOLUTION
Rice Cooker not working Power supply Check power source
Power switch has not been turned
on
Check to see if the unit is
correctly plugged in and turned
on
Manual reset breaker has been
activated
Manually reset the warmer. Press
the push button located under the
unit to reset the breaker returning
it back to normal operation
Plug/cord damaged Call for service
