Troubleshooting
ISSUE CAUSE SOLUTION
Soup Warmer not working Power supply Check power source
Power switch has not been turned on Check to see if the unit is correctly
plugged in and turned on
Manual reset breaker has been
activated
Manually reset the warmer. Press the
push button located on the bottom of
the unit to reset the breaker
Plug/cord damaged Call for service
