Hier wird immer eine Kupplung an der theoretisch ungünstigsten Stelle berücksichtigt.
Diese ergibt sich aus einer Extremwertbetrachtung:

x = 0,294 m (Abstand von Feldmitte / from middle of span)
2. Belastung durch Einzellasten ohne Einschränkung hinsichtlich Position der Kupplung
Loading with single-point loads without requirements for position of couplers
Keine Anforderungen an Position der Kupplung (Abstand der Lasteinleitungsstelle zur Kupplung beträgt e,
siehe unten).
