Type Description

Park Call Enables you to park a call. Pressing the key dials the Call

Park feature access code (FAC). Your System Administrator

must congure the feature access code and any other

settings for Call Park.

Retrieve Park Call Enables you to retrieve a parked call. Pressing the key dials

the Parked Call Retrieval feature access code (FAC). Your

System Administrator must congure the feature access

code and any other settings for Retrieve Park Call.

In Call DTMF Congures the key to dial a string of numbers while you

are on a call. For example, pressing the key might dial a

conference access code. After selecting In Call DTMF, enter

the number to be dialed.

Call Return Congures the key to dial the number of the last missed call.

Group Call Pickup Enables you to answer a call ringing at another extension.

The call can be ringing at any extension in your phone’s call

pickup group. Pressing the key dials the Group Call Pickup

feature access code (FAC).

Direct Call Pickup Enables you to answer a call ringing at a specic deskset.

Pressing the key dials the Direct Call Pickup feature access

code (FAC). Depending on the server requirements, you

may then need to enter the number of the ringing extension.

Lock Key Congures the key to enable the phone lock or disable the

phone lock with a PIN.

Prex Dialing Congures the key for prex dialing. Pressing a PFK

assigned to Prex Dialing will automatically go off-hook into

Dial mode using the account congured for the PFK. The

digits entered under Value are added to any number you

dial. The outgoing call includes the [Prex] + [Dialing string].

Flash Congures the key as a Flash key. With one call active,

pressing Flash puts the active call on hold and displays a

new call screen with live dial. With two calls active, pressing

Flash:

• puts the active call on hold and retrieves a held call, or

• answers an incoming call.

Call Handling Prole Congures the key for Comverse call handling prole. Enter

the string of the call handling prole that the PFK LED will

indicate.

Hunt Group Congures the key to turn Comverse hunt group on or off.

Enter the hunt group extension number assigned for this key.

Secretarial Filtering Congures the key to turn Comverse secretarial ltering on

or off. Enter the manager’s extension number assigned for

this key.
