Assembly Instructions

HANDLING WARNING! GLOVES ARE RECOMMENDED TO REDUCE THE RISK OF CUTS OR SPLINTERS.
1. If loading and securing a large item, place it on base A before beginning the assembly of the crate. If loading the
crate with loose items, complete steps 2-4 and then fill the crate.
2. Place B panels into base A. See Figure 1.
3. Pull top of B panels outward and insert C panels into the metal channel from the top. See Figure 2.
4. Using a hammer, lock tabs by bending the tabs away from the crate, folding them over the frames/rails and back
onto themselves. Lightly strike the folded tab with a hammer to complete the fold. See Figure 5.
5. Place lid D on top of the crate, inserting side panel B and C tabs into the corresponding lid slots. Start by fitting
one corner of the lid and working around the crate. See Figures 3 and 4.
6. Lock lid tabs per Figure 5.
7. Add available accessories like tamper evident seals and shock/tilt event labels to the finished crate (Figure 6).
ASSEMBLY ALTERNATIVE: If the crate is taller than it is wide or the crate size makes this process difficult, preassemble (2)
B panels and (1) C panel (or vice versa) and drop them into the base A before adding the remaining panel.
