Remote Control
The remote control requires 2 AAA bries, which are not included.
Point the remote control directly at the replace.
The range is about 11.5 feet.
Troubleshooting
Problem Possible Solu�on
Unit does not work / does not heat

Check if the unit is plugged in the power outlet.

Check if the unit is in Standby mode. If so, turn
the unit ON.
· Check if the heat is turned OFF.
· Check for safety cut-o operon.
No flame effect
· Check if the unit is plugged in the power outlet.
· Check if the unit is in Standby mode. Turn the
unit ON.
