Attach the Seat Plate (B) to the Seat (A) by using Allen Short Bolt (F), Allen Long Bolt (G), Bolt
Lock (H) and Allen Wrench (I).
STEP 1
Insert the Gas Lift (C) and snap in the Wheels (E) to the Base (D) as shown below.
