STEP 2
Attach the Seat Plate (D) to the Seat (B) by using Allen Bolt (I) and Allen Wrench (L).
STEP 1
Insert the Gas Lift (E) and Base Cap (F) to the Five-jaw Base (G) , then snap in the
Wheels (H) to the bottom of Base as shown in below diagran.
