PRE-ASSEMBLY PREPARATION • CAUTION: Assembly will require at least 2 adults. DO NOT use power tools. Please inspect all items BEFORE assembly. If for any reason you need to return this item, please kindly return it in it's original packaging. • WARNING! 1. DO NOT let any sharp objects touch or rub the surface of the product. 2. When assembling, do not let children play around the working area. 3. DO NOT tighten all bolts and screws completely until the entire unit has been assembled and set up. 4.
STEP 1 Insert the Gas Lift (E) to the Five-jaw Base (F) , then snap in the Wheels (G) to the bottom of base as shown in below diagram. E F G STEP 2 Attach the Seat Plate (D) to the Seat (B) by using Allen Bolt (I) and Allen Wrench(L).
STEP 3 Attach the Back (A) to the Seat (B) by using Allen Bolt (I) and Allen Wrench (L). A L I STEP 4 Insert the Gas Lift (E) to the Seat Plate (D) as shown in below diagram.
STEP 5 Attach the Armrest (C) to the Back (A) and Seat (B) by using Allen Bolt (J) and Allen Wrench (L). Ensure all the Bolts are tight with Allen Wrench. C C L J STEP 6 Press the Plastic Cap (K) into the holes of armrest to cover bolts and sit down on Seat Cushion. Sitting on the Seat Cushion applies even pressure on the Gas lift and Star Base and ensure them in place.
STEP 7 STE After initial assembly, the product may acclimate to its new environment. Please ensure all screws are still securely tightened.
