Product Uses:
Seals, locks-in sand joints, and enhances porous con-
crete, pavers, brick, natural stone (like slate and flagstone). Other uses
include block and masonry walls, decorative concrete, and more.
Excellent resistance to stains, oil, efflorescence, weeds and UV
fading. Deep color enhancement with no gloss finish is easy to apply
and maintain.

Surface Preparation: Prior to the application of Glaze ‘N Seal products,
surface must be thoroughly clean and dry. Remove all dirt, oil, grease,
paint, efflorescence and surface sealers. General cleaning may be done
using Glaze ‘N Seal Heavy Duty Cleaner for Concrete and Masonry.
For efflorescence stains use Glaze ‘N Seal Efflorescence Remover.
When acid has been used for any reason, surface must be neutralized.
We recommend Glaze ‘N Seal Neutralizing Rinse. Read product
container for specic instructions and cautions with any cleaner. Never
mix cleaners. Allow at least 24 hours of drying time before sealing
(48 hours if power washing has been done or if temperature is cool).
Applying sealer to a damp or incompletely cured surface may cause a
hazy appearance or loss of adhesion.
After tamping down the joint sand and sweeping the application area
clean, be sure the sand is at least 1/8 inch below the surface of the
pavers. The sand should be dry to its full depth before sealing for best
results.
Note: Before applying product to the entire surface, test several small
areas to verify the product’s appearance, penetration and protective
ability.
Application Procedure: Use garden-type sprayer, low pressure
airless sprayer, brush, short nap roller or squeegee for application.
Apply one coat in liberal saturating manner so that joints are saturated
with PAVER SEALER. Ensure that all joints are ooded to maximize
sealer soaking into the dry sand. Roll back or squeegee any excess
product to avoid puddling on the surface. Allow additional drying time
in moist, cool climates. An optional second coat may be applied after
two hours if desired to increase protection and gloss. Do not over
apply or puddle. For added slip resistance Glaze’ N Seal Grip ‘n Seal
Slip Resistance Additive may be added to the final coat of sealer.
Coverage: 100 to 250 square feet per gallon depending on porosity of
surface and method of application.
Limitations: Apply in temperatures between 45°F and 90°F. Air and
surface temperature should be above 45ºF for 24 hours before and
after sealing. Clean up applicator tools with water immediately after
use. Do not apply this sealer to areas where sealer will be immersed
such as fountains, pools or below grade areas. Do not use on
porcelain, polished stone, granite or marble. For professional use only.
WARRANTY: Glaze ‘N Seal product liability, either expressed or im-
plied, is limited solely to the replacement of this product when proven
to be defective and does not include any labor costs or consequential
damages. It is the user’s responsibility to determine the safety, toxic-
ity and suitability of this product.

Causes serious eye irritation. Prevention Statements: Obtain special
instructions before use. Do not handle until all safety precautions have
been read and understood. Wash thoroughly after handling. Wear
protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.
Response Statements: If exposed or concerned: Get medical advice/
attention. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes.
Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention. Storage
and Disposal: Store locked up. Dispose of contents/container in
accordance with local/regional/national/international regulations.
VOC is <100 grams per liter.
