Tools needed for install: BEFORE YOU START The most fragile parts of tempered glass panels are the corners. Therefore, it is critical you have the rubber blocks in place so the glass never touches the tile surface you are installing onto. Please make sure the glass is always on cardboard packaging or rubber blocks while out of the packaging prior/during install. Rubber block is provided in your hardware pack however you can use wood, cardboard or other rubber products to protect against breakage.
PART ONE: Install Fixed Return Panel IMPORTANT: The most fragile parts of the glass panels are the corners. Therefore, it is critical you have the rubber blocks in place so the glass never touches the tile surface you are installing onto. 1. On the wall where the fixed return panel is to be placed, mark a vertical line up the wall using a level. a. This line is where you will be attaching the 2 clips to the wall. TIP: We recommend using a pencil so this can be easily removed. i.

PART TWO – Install Hinge Panel 1. On the wall where the hinge panel is to be placed, mark a level vertical line on the wall with a level. To get the placement of this line for the clips, measure from return panel wall 31 13/16″ (Refer to Step 1 on illustration). TIP: We recommend using a pencil so this can be easily removed. 2. Mark the center point for the two clips on the wall and one on the floor. a. Top wall clip: measure 70 1/4″ from the floor along the vertical line. b.

6. Install the 45• rod. (Optional for additional support.) a. Loosen the allen bolt inside the glass clip. b. Position the 45• rod with the clip on top of the hinge panel glass and the other end flush to the wall and mark your pilot hole. NOTE: If you would like to shorten the 45• rod, remove the end cap by loosening the small allen bolt on top. Cut the metal rod to your preferred length, replace the end cap and tighten the small allen bolt. c. Drill your 1/8” pilot hole.

PART FOUR – Install Door Panel 1. Attach the hinges to the hinge panel. a. Ensure you have the hinges placed in the correct direction. The side of the hinge with the solid plate is attached to the hinge panel. The side with the screws of the hinges should be on the inside of the shower enclosure. b. Lightly tighten each screw with the allen keys provided so the hinges are lightly secure only. IP: Center each hinge to the cutout allowing some space to adjust the T height of the door panel once installed.

PART FOUR – continued 4. Set the door panel in place. a. Place the provided rubber packing blocks on the ground 2″ from each edge of the panel, these are 3/8″ thick. b. Carefully place the door panel on the blocks and make the cutouts line up with the back of the hinges ensuring the tops of both the hinge and door panels are level. Make sure the top of the door panel is level with the top of the hinge panel and fixed panel.
4b 4 Vertical gap between the door to hinge panel and door to fixed panel should be made even during door panel install. HINGE PANEL DOOR PANEL / " Rubber Block 1 8 The door panel is ¼" shorter than the hinge panel to allow for swing and door seal.
