For an installation for a door opening from left to right (see illustration B), use the same instructions, but switch around the panels: mirror effect. WALL TRACK INSTALLATION INSTALLATION DE LA GLISSIERE INSTALACIÓN DEL RIEL DE PARED 1 1.1-1.2. Position the wall tracks (A) as illustrated. Level the tracks (A) and mark the track holes positions. 1.3. Remove the tracks and drill pilot holes in the marked locations with a ø5/16” (8mm) drill bit. 1.4. If there are no studs located behind the wall tracks (A ), then insert the wall anchors (AA) using a rubber mallet until the wall anchors are flush with the wall. 1.5.

Insert the fixed panel (B) and the side panel (P) into the wall tracks (A). Do not fully tighten it as further adjustments may be required. Note: The wall track (A) allows you to adjust the position of the fixed panel (B) and the side panel (P). Adjusting the depth and/or giving the glass panel a slight angle allows for precise alignment with the door. 2.3-2.
NEXT STEP MAY REQUIRE TO TRIM THE SUPPORT BAR If the support bar is too long for your wall-to-wall opening “D”, you will have to trim it down. Below calculation is for reference only: Ensure you made all the proper measurements before you cut the bar. ONLY CUT THE BAR ON THE SIDE WITH NO HOLES! (THE DOOR SIDE) 1. Measure the distance “D” at the height where the bar will be installed. 2. Cut the bar to a total length of L = D - 2” (L = D - 50mm).

Slide the 2 stoppers (D), the support bar anchors (C) and the 2 door rollers (G) onto the support bar (E). 3.2. Loosely mount the support bar (E) onto fixed panel (B) using the brackets (F) and level it. 3.3. Install the support bar anchor (found in your shower enclosure package) onto the side panel (P), by using the side panel support bar anchor bracket (Q). 3.

Drill a pilot hole for the sliding door guide (M) using a ø1/8” (3mm) drill bit. 6.2. Install the sliding door guide (M) with the screw (CC) and the cap (HH). 6.3. Drill a pilot hole for the side panel clamp (R) using a ø1/8” (3mm) drill bit. 6.4. Install the side panel clamp (R) with the screw (CC) and cap (GG). 6.1.

Place the fixed panel (B) into the wall track (A) and put back the sliding door guide (M). 7.3-7.4. Place the side panel (P) into the wall track (A) and the side panel clamp (R). 7.1-7.2. Slide again the roller stoppers (D), the support bar anchor (C) and the door rollers (G) onto the support bar (E). 8.2-8.3. Fix the fixed panel (B) onto the support bar (E) using the brackets (F). Secure the support bar (E) on it’s anchor using the provided hex screws. 8.1.
SHOWER DOOR INSTALLATION INSTALLATION DE LA PORTE DE DOUCHE INSTALACION DE LA PUERTA DE DUCHA 9 9.1. Insert the door bottom seal strip (K) onto the door panel (H). 9.2-9.3. Install the door panel (H) onto the door rollers (G) with their own bolt and nut, do not strongly tighten yet. Adjust the level of the glass panel using the eccentric mechanism of the rollers. Finally, use a wrench to strongly tighten the nut. 9.1. Insérez la bande d’étanchéité du bas de la porte (K) au bas de la porte (H). 9.2-9.3.

Install the door vertical seal strip (I) on the closing end. 10.3-10.4. Place the stopper (D) near to the support bar anchor (C) and loosely secure it. Gently close the door until the door roller (G) tightly anchors into the stopper (D). Measure the distance “X” between the wall and the lip of the door vertical seal strip (I). 10.5-10.6.
HANDLE INSTALLATION INSTALLATION DE LA POIGNÉE INSTALACIÓN DE LA MANIJA 11 11.1-11.2. Using silicone, install the decorative track (O) in front of the door panel. Slide the decorative caps (N) onto the track. 11.3-11.4. Fix the fixed panel (B) and the side panel (P) by drilling guide holes through the wall tracks (A) and screwing it in place using fittings (FF), screws (DD) and caps (EE). 11.5. Install the handle (J). 11.1-11.2.
12 SEALING SCELLAGE SELLADO Ensure that the door closes tightly and opens smoothly. Ensure that there is a firm connection between the fixed panel(s) and the support bar. Apply a clear silicone water sealant around the outside perimeter of any fixed shower components. Allow 24 hours for silicone to dry. Improper application of silicone sealant may cause your shower to leak.
MAINTENANCE AND CARE ENTRETIEN ET MAINTENANCE MANTENIMIENTO Y CUIDADO For the daily maintenance, use a wet cloth and a soft liquid cleaner. Never use abrasive cleaners containing some acetone, chlorine or strong bleach, scrapers, metallic brushes, nor other objects or the products which can graze or tarnish surfaces. Use a ratchet to strongly tighten any bolts used to support the fixed glass panels or doors panel (support bolts can withstand up to 250 lbf*in of torque).
LIMITED Product Warranty The DISTRIBUTOR is a distributor of the following Products: • Shower Doors (warranty period 5 years). • Acrylic Surfaces (warranty period 5 years against blistering, cracking or chipping in the acrylic surface). • Acrylic Shell Structure (warranty period 5 years against loss of water through fiberglass laminate of the acrylic body).
