Data Recorder Download
PROBLEM
The download does not start and the
Please Wait
message
constantly appears.
SOLUTION
•
Check the connection of the Connection Box to the
electric socket and verify that the Connection Box LED is
on.
•
Check Data Recorder directory:
•
Verify that the Data Recorder directory is \rdata.
•
Verify that the \rdata directory is a shared directory.
Use Windows Explorer or My computer.
•
Check the Connection Box-Workstation connection:
•
Verify that the LAN cable is properly connected.
•
Check the connection of the 9-pin female cable to
the Workstation and to the Connection Box.
•
If all above are OK and the problem persists, call
Given® Diagnostic Imaging System technical
support.
