Connector is damaged

pack is DOA, contact

Problem Cause Action

Cradle LEDs turn red All LEDs are flashing red 1 Disconnect cradle from

mains power.

2 Reconnect cradle to mains

power.

3 If problem persists, contact

Customer Support.

Cradle orange LED is

blinking, but cradle is not in

discharge mode

Hardware/Software problem

PillCam recorder DR2 cannot

be placed in cradle
