Operation Notice
Inspect before operating the tool :
1. Make sure the working environment is safe for sanding work.
2. Make sure of the capacity of the air compressor, drain the water from the
compressor, and lubricate properly to maintain quality air supply.
3. This tool will perform well at 90psi (6.2bar). Please make sure the air pressure
is appropriate. Exceeding air pressure will reduce the tool life and possibly cause
injury.
Preparation :
WARNING
Be sure to check the
following points.
1. Make sure C-Handle is properly installed.
2. Make sure that the tool connections to air hose, water hose, and exhaust hose are
connected correctly.
Step :
(1) Please connect the water connection to the water supply. You may soften the
hose with some hot water to make this connection an easy job. Please be
cautious when using hot water.
(2) Connect the air connection to the air supply firmly.
3. Make sure the working environment is safe and follows all STATE and FEDERAL
safety regulations.
(1) Sound pressure : 84 dBA
(2) Vibration : < 2.5 m / sec2

4. Pad installation
WARNING
To avoid injury and tool damage, be sure to shut off the air supply before
pad installation.
Spanner-free pad installation step :
(1) Turn the air valve OFF, and press down the spanner-free button while
spinning the pad to lock gear and spindle.
(2) When the spindle is locked, spin the pad counterclockwise to release the pad.
(3) Spin the pad clockwise to complete the pad installation.
5. Please check the air valve.
(1) Make sure the air route is clean.
(2) Make sure the air valve is OFF before connecting to the air supply.
6. Air supply and tool commection :
(1) Make sure there is no tiny debris inside the air connection to maintain quality air.
Debris in the air line or connector can cause tool damage.
(2) Make sure the air hose is in good condition with no air leaks. Also, connect
the hose to the compressor and check for leaks.
7. Testing :
WARNING
1. To avoid scratches or other damage to the product or project and
physical injury to the operator, make sure the tool has no contact
with the product or project before the tool is turned on.
2. When the tool is on, CAUTION, the spinning pad can cause injury!
Before tool operation, free run the tool at least for 3 minutes to make
sure the pad is installed correctly.
