■FRONT/REAR PLATE SET DISASSEMBLING
1. Place Rear Plate Set in groove of Bearing Disassembling
Base (832T05), tap out Ball Bearing (24) withφ8.2mm
Shaft (832T04).
2. Place Front Plate Set in groove of Bearing Disassembling
Base (832T05), tap out Ball Bearing (24) withφ8.2mm
Shaft (832T04)
■REAR PLATE SET ASSEMBLING
Press Ball Bearing (24) into Rear Plate (30) with Bearing
Compress Shaft (832T02)
■CYLINDER ASSEMBLING
1. Place Rear Plate Set into the fillister of Rear Plate Base
(832T03). Press Rotor (28) into Rear Plate Set. Then place
4 blades (29) into the groove of Rotor (28).
2. Level Spring Pin (27) at the Fixed Orifice of Rear Plate.
3. Place Front Plate (25) on Cylinder (26). Then press Ball
Bearing (24) into Cylinder (26) with Bearing Compress
Shaft (832T02).
4. Make sure that Rotor rotates smoothly.
5. In case Rotor rotates smoothly, press Ball Bearing (23)
into Rotor with Bearing Compress Shaft (832T02).
In case not, examine or re-take the steps 1-4.
