Sixteen Channel DMX-512 Input Servo Controller

A digital device is either on or off, like a light switch. An analog

device can be on, off, or at any point in between. A common

example of an analog device is a lamp dimmer. In animation,

analog movements give animated figures the fluid, lifelike ap-

pearance needed to bring a figure to life. This is because most

living things are analog too.

When you adjust either end of travel for your ServoMotors, it will not affect the other endpoint at all. If you need to reverse the movement of a ServoMotor, you can simply adjust it that way.

The only requirement is that each unit be addressed to a different number.

The voltage output can be anywhere from three to twenty-four volts, depending on the ServoMotors you are using.

These connectors should not be connected to anything but another SER-DMX.

The easiest way to do this is to disconnect the SER-DMX and short between the Tx data out and Rx data in pins on the serial port connector on the back of your computer.
