• Click on the “Settings” tab on
the Properties Page to set the
default communication
parameters.
(If you would like to change the
assigned COM port number,
click on the “Advanced” button
and go to next optional step)
• This is an optional step to
change the COM port number
o Choose a COM port number
that is not currently in use by
other COM devices, then
click on “OK”
Step 7: Reboot the system
• Save any open application data.
• Reboot the system for the driver to take effect
Step 8: Driver Removal – only if you wish to remove the driver.
• Open Device Manager and
expand the “Ports (COM &
LPT)”. Select “GigaWaveTech
Bluetooth CF+ Card-A8A4
(COMx)”. Right click the mouse
and choose “Uninstall”.
• Follow the on-screen
instructions.
