This feature supplies incoming caller identification information that will be displayed on your handset and the base station. Each entry must consist of a name and a number. The directory is stored in the base station and is shared by all registered handsets. Recording stops and you can speak to the caller. If two seconds of the call have already been recorded when you pick it up, the call will be displayed as a new message. You can accept the call on every handset.
