1. Modificar los números de puerto para SIP y RTP en el teléfono VoIP
Para los puertos SIP y RTP, defina otros números de puerto (locales) en el teléfono VoIP
(entre 1024 y 49152), que
u no utilice para otra aplicación o host de la LAN y
u que se alejen de los números de puerto SIP
y RTP utilizados habitualmente
(y preconfigurados en el teléfono).
Este proceso es especialmente útil si hay varios teléfonos VoIP conectados al router.
Cómo cambiar los números de los puertos de comunicación SIP y RTP del
teléfono VoIP:
¤ Acceda con el explorador del PC al configurador Web del teléfono e inicie sesión.
¤ Abra la página web Configuración ¤ Tel efo ní a ¤ Config. avanzada de VoIP y cambie los
ajustes de los puertos SIP y RTP (
¢ p. 119).
Para que resulte más fácil recordar los nuevos
números de puerto (por ejemplo, para la
configuración del router), puede elegir números de puerto muy parecidos a los ajustes
estándar, por ejemplo:
¤ Guarde los cambios en el teléfono.
¤ Espere hasta que se vuelva a registrar la nueva conexión VoIP activa. Para ello, acceda a la
página web Configuración
¤ Telefonía ¤ Conexiones, donde se mostrará el Estado de sus
conexiones VoIP.
¤ Compruebe si persiste el problema original. Si persiste el problema, lleve a cabo el paso 2.
