Alerts
Alert Tone
When the alert tone is turned on, your radio sounds a tone whenever you press a
button on the keypad. When this tone is turned on, the
P symbol appears on the
Standby screen.
To turn the alert tone on or off:
3. When the setting you
want is shown, press
A.
The display returns to Standby screen.
Do This Result
1. From Standby screen,
press
G five times.
The display shows the
P symbol.
