Batteries
Disney Motorola radios operate with 4 AAA Alkaline batteries.

Low Battery Alert
When batteries are low, a battery low indicator ( K )appears on the radio display. In
addition, the radio will beep:
• 3 to 4 seconds after turning radio on
• Every 10 minutes in standby mode

Battery Life
The approximate battery life during two-way use* for AAA Alkaline is 20 hours.
*Two-way use is defined as 90% standby time, 5% talk time, and 5% receive time.
1. With back of radio facing you, press
down battery cover latch.
2. Remove battery cover.
3. Insert 4 AAA batteries as shown.
4. Reposition battery cover and press
down to secure.
