The Clickatell Email2SMS Service allows GFI Network Server Monitor to relay SMS (text) alerts via
Clickatell, a web-based SMS service which sends SMS messages worldwide.
Whenever an event triggers an SMS alert, GFI Network Server Monitor sends a “template” email
(via SMTP) to Clickatell‟s SMS gateway. This template email contains all the required SMS alert
details including the SMS text message and the recipient‟s number. Clickatell then converts this
email to SMS and sends it to the intended recipient. For more information, visit
